There is a lot of negativity in our world, including right here on Medium. Especially when it comes to articles and comments pertaining to religion and politics. Lots of anger. Lots of rage. Lots of drama.

Am I the only one tired of it?

Am I the only one who wants more positivity in the world?

I know I’m not the only one, but it sure feels like it sometimes here on Medium. Anyway…

Sometimes, when I want to unwind from the burdens of ministry, the stress of work, the polarization and drama in society, and the negativity in general that permeates America these days…

I like to read.

Fiction.

Of course, I also like to read nonfiction. I enjoy learning. But sometimes, I just want to take a little vacation. Do you know what I mean?

My genres of choice, when it comes to fiction, are fantasy, science fiction, litrpg, and historical. And inspirational.
