You’re not a morning person! You skip breakfast, throw on the first outfit that comes to hand and dash out! Have you noticed when you scramble around in the morning, you’re frazzled the entire day?

There’s a reason high-achievers establish their ideal morning routine. They know getting off to a good start prepares them for the rest of the day.

Before you get out of bed, smile and practice gratitude. A smile signals your brain to release feel-good neurotransmitters. They relax your body and lower heart rate and blood pressure.

4. Warm Water with Lemon

The first thing you must do is drink a glass or two of water. This is a good way to hydrate your body. Ayurveda recommends adding lemon to a glass of warm water. Drinking water removes the toxins that build up overnight in your digestive tract.

Lemons are a natural source of vitamin C. A glass of lemon water stimulates metabolism. It improves nutrient absorption and supports weight loss.

5. Self Care

Put time and effort into looking your best. It adds poise and boosts your morale.

Shower, wash your face and moisturize your skin. Pick out the right accessories. These little things make a great deal of difference.

6. Eat a Wholesome Breakfast
