I Didn’t Want to be “Teacher of the Year”

If it was such an honor, why did it take a boatload of extra work?

I was nominated for “Teacher of the Year” in the elementary school building where I worked as a Kindergarten teacher for 14 years.

I asked my teacher friends to please NOT vote for me.
