Welcome to the app!

This app is built by patients, scientists and health professionals in order to help you manage your health and your underactive thyroid.

The app consists of five main screens: Home, Analysis, Tracking, Lab tests, and Discovery.

Let’s start with the Home screen, the first screen you see when you open the app. The Home screen is a dashboard with all the relevant information for the current day:

  • Comparison of your symptoms to the previous day
  • An estimation of your basal metabolic rate
  • Updates on your menstrual cycle, if you are a menstruating individual
  • An estimation on when your next medication prescription is due
  • A self assessment of your iodine status, if you opt to self-assess
  • An article we recommend each day
  • Your monthly report (prepared freshly every month)
  • Your doctor review, prepared every time you need to
  • The list of your current medications and supplements
  • The list of your latest lab tests
  • The list of your active reminders

You can learn more about the Tracking screen and symptom tracking here. Find more instructional articles in the app, under the Discovery section and read them at your convenience.

Please keep in mind that the app is a companion app intended to be used by people diagnosed with an underactive thyroid, and is not intended to be used for medical diagnosis or stand-alone treatment. For any questions regarding treatment or diagnosis please consult your medical health care professional.

Disclaimer: This information is not intended to mitigate, prevent, treat, cure or diagnose any disease or condition.
