Boost Note for Teams, start collaborating with your colleagues!
Today we’re thrilled to announce a collaboration feature for Boost Note. This allows you to use Boost Note with your team members, not just individuals.
Here’s why we’ve launched it and what you can do with it.
Boost Note for Teams Public Beta
With Boost Note, we started out with one goal — to help developers work more productively. We built a lightweight and intuitive developer tool and then we thought — how can we make team development more empowering, not just for individuals?
Now, documentation is the foundation of product development with putting together specifications, tracking progress and so on.
Boost Note for Teams offers document sharing and collaboration for developers. In the public beta, you can use unlimited member invitations and real-time multi-person editing in Markdown, and also, version history, bidirectional document linking, advanced Markdown such as PlantUML, Mermaid and Latex, and sharing documents to guests via public URL is also available.
What is more, you can use advanced features such as Public API, 2000+ integrations, Importing documents from external tools, etc.
Update the desktop app to v0.11.x and click the + button in the bottom left of the desktop app to get it all started!
What’s coming next?
We’re just getting started with Boost Note for Teams. Very soon you’ll be able to use advanced features such as those below.
- Exporting for Pdf, Html, and Markdown
- Slack integration (Sending a notification when edit document)
- Rich editor: Improving features and experience for the current editor
- Protect document editing
In addition to document sharing, we’ll be adding the following features to help the developer teams work more productively.
- Workflow builder for document creation and update
- Mentioning and notification
- Unified search across tools such as Slack and Trello
- Aggregate logs from tools such as GitHub and AWS and turn them into a timeline
- And more!
