In this heuristic evaluation, we assess Warby Parker’s website based on established usability principles to identify strengths and areas for improvement.
Visibility of System Status:
Warby Parker excels in providing feedback on user actions with clear loading indicators and intuitive navigation. However Unable to see status of emailed itemized receipt. By clicking on the “Email me an itemized receipt” of a previous purchase, a loading icon appears and then quickly dissapears with no confirmation displayed on the website.
The fix:
Create a confirmation state of the button that states “Receipt was sent to your inbox” email or display it on a pop up.
Match between System and the Real World:
The website effectively utilizes familiar language and imagery related to eyewear, ensuring users can easily understand the products and services offered without feeling overwhelmed or confused.

Move the “Home-try On” further right in the navigation bar to prevent users from assuming that this will take them to the homepage of the website.

Such has the filter frame width option lacks info on their size, there is no fiter option on frame lenght and the auto-scrolling preventing the reach to the bottom website links.
The fix:
Add a size number scale below each frame width selection, create a new frame lenght section on the filter options which also must have a size number scale displayed, remove autoscrolling and replace it with a show all at the bottom of the items body section.
