Dear BORA community.
As the development status of various blockchain projects are announced to the public, there had been a lot of discussion about the performance. In particular, the transaction per second (TPS) has become an important indicator of the success of a blockchain platform. Many projects are conducting BMT (Benchmark Test) for performance measurement and publishing the results. However, BMT with their own methodology and their own measurement tools makes the measurement results less reliable and difficult to compare objectively, and results from different methodologies can only add to market confusion.
With this in mind, we collaborated with BORA’s partner ‘Metadium’ Project Team (Metadium Kalmia Developer’s Guide: https://brunch.co.kr/@metadium/16) to create and publish the “Standard BMT Tool” for benchmark testing.
