As the end of Q1 is approaching, we want to take some time to let BORA community know what we are currently working on, and what you can expect to see in Q2, from early April to June.

1. Governance Council Kickoff
For those who have been keeping an eye on BORA 2.0, the concept of a ‘Governance Council’ won’t be a surprise — it was introduced during ‘BORA 2.0 Partners Day’ which was held in early February. To briefly touch on the concept, ‘BORA Governance Council’ is a group of top-of-the-industry entities in gaming, entertainment and crypto space, gathered to make great contribution to BORA ecosystem’s growth, who acts as the governing body of BORA. They will be responsible for making key decisions on BORA’s operations and future plans.
The first governance council will be finalized in April, and the first governance council meeting will follow closely. We will share the key agenda and decisions made by the council shortly after the meeting.
2. BORA 2.0 Whitepaper Reveal
Our goal of revealing BORA 2.0 Whitepaper was during March, but we would like to let the community know that this schedule has been postponed to April. Thank you so much for being patient with us, we will reveal the whitepaper by mid April.
The reason for the postponement, is linked to the Governance Council Meeting. Because the governing body of BORA is the council, some key ideas to be revealed on BORA 2.0 Whitepaper, like BORA’s tokenomics, needed to be reviewed and agreed upon, by the council.
BORA team will reveal the whitepaper shortly after the Governance Council meeting, by mid April.
3. Brand & Community Revamp
Following our brand/logo update, we are revamping out brand website and community channels — like opening an official Discord channel.
Meanwhile, we would like to remind our community of our current official channels, to help protect our community members. Any channels other than the list below is NOT owned nor operated by BORA, please review the channels you visit, as there are many potential scammers who are impersonating BORA official accounts.

4. BORA Portal Open & first NFT Sales
BORA is preparing to launch ‘BORA Portal’, a platform aggregating BORA’s services, in April. The services to be revealed at launch include a NFT Marketplace, and the first NFT sales on BORA will also be released in April.
BORA team is working on expanding the services provided on BORA Portal with our partners, please stay tuned for more updates on our partnerships!
5. Game Project Launch
The first Game project on BORA will be released within Q2 of 2022.
