The steps to minting your favorite NFT on BORA Portal
Minting can be a confusing experience, especially on a new environment.
To help BORA community to get ready for NFT Drops, here is a step-by-step guide on the process of Minting on BORA Portal.
Bur first, let’s talk about scam cases during minting season, and how to protect ourselves against them.
⚠️ BEWARE OF SCAM!
There are many scam/phishing cases during minting season,
PLEASE BE EXTRA CAREFUL WITH THE CASES BELOW,
and always be on guard to protect yourself and your assets:
- Phishing through Fake Minting Site
Some scammers will try to trick you into clicking fake minting sites by announcing them on general chat on Discord, Telegram or with a fake Twitter account and more.
BORA will only share our links and updates on places where only admins can access, like:
- Telegram Pinned messages
- Discord Announcement Channels
Always only click links from these trusted channels, and never click links from general chat where fake admins are lurking around. - Stealth Discord, Stealth Minting Phishing
BORA is currently NOT planning to do stealth Discord, nor stealth minting. We will always let the community know of our key dates in advance and will not leave you hanging in FOMO.
(We may decide to do something stealthy in the future, but if we decide to do so, we will let you know in advance. Our best interest is in keeping our community safe.)
Do not click any BORA stealth links, because BORA is NOT going stealth! - Fraudulent Listing on Opensea
Opensea is a self-serve, peer-to-peer marketplace where ANYONE can create and sell NFTs. This means scammers can upload screenshots of your favorite NFTs and make it look like a legitimate collection.
Please grow the habit of accessing Opensea collection through a legitimate source, like an official link channel on Discord, or from the project’s Linktree.

Important Note:
*There are some stability issue on mobile BORA Portal, so we strongly advise you to use PC web for a successful minting.
*DO NOT CLOSE THE WEB WINDOW during the minting process! If you happen to close it, there may be a case where your tBORA is withdrawn but you don’t receive the NFT.
📝Summary of Minting Process📝
The minting procedure has been changed as follows to minimize abuse cases and provide a stable minting experience.
- Deposit Phase: pre-deposit tBORA required for minting
- Mint Phase: mint NFT with the pre-deposited tBORA
- Refund Phase: get refunded for unused tBORA
- Reveal: NFTs are automatically revealed
*Transferring tBORA directly to the minting contract address without using the BORA portal function will NOT mint the NFT, and will be considered as an abusing case. Please follow the guide below to proceed with the minting on a correct route provided by BORA portal.
NFT Drops — Minting Guide
- On the top menu, go to “Drops” to check out the list of drops ‘on sale’, ‘coming soon’ or ‘completed’. Click the Drops page you would like to participate in.
2. The button will display “Coming Soon” until the Deposit phase is starting, and the “Deposit” button will be activated with the number of remaining times. Click this button to proceed with the purchase.
*There are limited number of wallet and transactions for deposits. Please note that once all deposits are consumed by each wallet, you will no longer be able to proceed with further deposits!
*reCAPTCHA v3 is implemented on the deposit page to prevent bots, if you see an “Invalid Access” error message, it means your access invalid according to reCAPTCHA V3’s algorithm. For more info: https://youtu.be/tbvxFW4UJdU
3. The next step is confirming the transaction on MetaMask Wallet. Check the amount and gas fee, and press “Confirm” to proceed.
*There may be a case where the Metamask wallet extension does not pop-up automatically, so keep an eye on the chrome extension icon! If there is a notification, click the icon to open the extension.
4. When the deposit is completed each time, you will see the “Deposit request completed” window. Just because you made a pre-deposit, it doesn’t mean that you already completed in minting, so don’t forget to participate in minting phase!
5. If you complete specific number of deposits or the pre-deposit phase has been completed, “Deposit Closed” window will be displayed and you will no longer be able to make any additional deposits. The button remains until mint phase is starting.
6. When the minting begins at the pre-announced time, the “Minting” button will be activated with the number of remaining minting times for the respective wallet. Click this button to proceed with the Minting.
7. If minting is successfully complete, the number of pre-deposit you’ve had made will be displayed and the number will be deducted. When the request is complete, the window “Minting request success!” will be displayed. You can also see the Queue number in the notification through BORA Portal.
- The NFT you will receive will be determined according to the Queue order, which is shown above in the window. Due to the nature blockchain, users who receive a bigger number on the Minting Queue may receive their NFT earlier, but even in this case, the NFT you receive is decided according to the Minting Queue number. Please note that the NFT that you finally receive does not change depending on the speed of the block.
- If some NFT Project has a total of 1,000 numbers, then NFT will be minted to the wallet address that received the queue number from 1 to 1,000. However, among wallets that have received 1 to 1,000 number receipts, there is a very low probability of minting being cancelled due to bot or abusing cases. In this case, the NFT may be issued to the following number receipts between 1,001 and 1,030 and minting opportunities may be provided to these numbers in order. We would like to let you know in advance, that such cases will be very rare.
8. Minting will be run in order according to the Queue and you will be able to see the result on the “My NFT” page!
9. When the minting ends, a “SOLD OUT” button will appear. If the minting ends early due to an early sold-out, you will be able to refund your deposit 10 minutes later from the end of the mint sold out.
🧾Refund Process🧾
1. Refunds for pre-deposits will be automatically made in order if you does not proceed with the refund. If you wish to refund earlier than this time, a “Refund” button on the minting page will be activated, so you can press the button once to get a for the full pre-deposit amount refunded to your wallet immediately.
2. After pressing the “Refund” button, the next step is confirming the transaction on MetaMask Wallet. Check the amount and gas fee, and press “Confirm” to proceed.
3. If your refund process is completed, “Refund Information” window will be shown up, and you can see the notification through BORA Portal as the refund is completed.
4. When all processes are completed, the button will be appeared as “Completed”. The refund has been completed.

민팅은 치열하고 혼란스러운 경험이 될 수 있습니다, 특히나 새로운 환경이라면 말이죠. BORA Portal에서 진행될 NFT Drops를 준비할 수 있도록 BORA Portal에서 민팅 과정에 대한 단계별 가이드를 안내 드립니다.
그런데 잠깐. 그 전에 민팅 시즌에 자주 발생하는 스캠/사기 사례를 알아보고 어떻게 자신을 보호할 수 있을지 알아볼까요?

민팅 시즌에는 많은 스캠/피싱 사건이 발생합니다.
아래의 경우에 특히 주의하시기 바랍니다.
나와 내 자산을 보호하기 위해 항상 경계를 늦추지 마세요!
- 가짜 민팅 사이트를 통한 피싱
일부 스캐머들은 Discord, Telegram의 제너럴 챗 (아무나 이야기할 수 있는 일반 채팅), 허위 Twitter 계정 등을 통해 가짜 민팅 사이트를 배포하고 클릭을 유도하려고 할 겁니다.
BORA는 다음과 같이 관리자만 액세스할 수 있는 위치에 대해서만 링크 및 업데이트를 공유한다는 점, 꼭 기억해 주세요:
- Telegram 고정 메시지
- Discord 공지 채널
항상 신뢰할 수 있는 채널의 링크만 클릭하시고, 가짜 어드민이 도사리고 있는 일반 채팅의 링크는 절대 클릭하지 마세요!! - 스텔스 디스코드, 스텔스 민팅 피싱

Discord의 공식 링크 채널이나 프로젝트의 Linktree와 같은 검증된 소스를 통해서만 Opensea 컬렉션에 액세스하는 습관을 길러주세요!!
다음은 민팅 가이드입니다!
중요 사항:
*BORA Portal 내 메타마스크 모바일 버전은 아직 불안정한 요소가 있어, 성공적인 민팅을 위해서는 PC 웹을 이용해 주시기를 부탁드립니다!
*민팅 과정 중에 절대로 웹 창을 닫지 마세요! 닫게 되면 tBORA는 출금되지만 NFT를 받지 못하는 경우가 발생할 수 있습니다.
📝민팅 절차 요약📝
어뷰징 케이스를 최소화 하고 안정적인 민팅 경험을 제공하기 위해 민팅 절차가 아래와 같이 변동되었습니다.
- 입금 단계 (Deposit Phase): 민팅에 필요한 tBORA를 사전 입금하는 단계
- 민팅 단계 (Mint Phase): 사전 입금된 tBORA로 민팅을 진행하는 단계
- 환불 단계 (Refund Phase): 민팅에 사용되지 않은 tBORA를 환불받는 단계
- 리빌 (Reveal): NFT 공개 시점
*BORA Portal 내 민팅 기능을 통하지 않고, 민팅 컨트랙트 주소에 바로 tBORA를 송금하는 방식으로는 민팅이 진행되지 않으며, 어뷰징 케이스로 간주됩니다. 아래 절차에 따라 BORA 포탈을 통한 올바른 경로로 민팅을 진행해 주시기 바랍니다.
NFT Drops — 민팅 가이드
- 상단 메뉴에서 “Drops”으로 이동하여 ‘On Sale’, ‘Coming Soon’ 또는 ‘Completed’ 드랍 목록을 확인하고, 참여하고 싶은 드롭스 페이지를 클릭하세요.
2. 사전 입금 전까지는 버튼이 “Coming Soon”으로 표시되며, 사전 입금 가능한 시간이 되면, “Deposit”버튼이 구매 가능한 횟수와 함께 활성화 됩니다. 구매를 진행하려면 이 버튼을 클릭하세요.
*이번 사전 입금에는 지갑 갯수와 입금 가능한 수량에 제한이 있습니다. 횟수가 모두 소진되면, 더 이상 입금이 진행되지 않으니 유의하세요!

3. 다음 단계는 MetaMask 지갑에서 거래 내용과 거래가 정상적으로 진행 되었는지 확인하는 것입니다. 금액과 가스비를 확인하고 “Confirm”을 눌러 진행합니다.
*메타마스크 지갑 확장 프로그램이 자동으로 팝업되지 않는 경우가 있으니 크롬 확장 아이콘을 주목해주세요! 알림이 있는 경우 아이콘을 클릭하여 확장 프로그램을 엽니다.
4. 각 횟수 당 입금이 완료되면 “Deposit request completed”창이 나타납니다. 사전 입금이 완료되었다고 해서 민팅 참여가 완료되는 것이 아니므로, 민팅에 참여하시는 걸 잊지 마세요!
5. 정해진 횟수만큼 입금을 완료하거나, 사전 입금 단계가 종료되면 “Deposit Closed”라는 창이 표시되며 더 이상 입금을 할 수 없게 됩니다. 민팅 이전까지 해당 버튼은 유지 됩니다.
6. 민팅 시작 시간이 되면, “Minting” 버튼이 구매 가능한 횟수와 함께 활성화 됩니다. 구매를 진행하려면 이 버튼을 클릭하세요.
7. 민팅 성공 시 사전 입금을 진행한 횟수가 표기되고 민팅 성공 시 횟수가 차감됩니다. 요청이 완료되면 “Minting request success!”라는 창이 표기 됩니다. Queue 번호는 BORA 포탈 내 알림을 통해서도 안내 됩니다.
- 위 창에서 보여지는 Queue 순서에 따라 발행되는 NFT가 결정됩니다. 블록체인 구조 상, 민팅 큐에 더 늦은 번호를 수령한 구매자가 더 먼저 NFT를 수령하게 되는 경우가 발생할 수 있으나, 이런 경우에도 수령하게 되는 NFT는 Minting Queue번호에 따라 지정되므로, 최종적으로 수령하게 되는 NFT가 블록의 속도에 따라 변경되지는 않는 점 참고 부탁드리겠습니다.
- 진행되는 NFT 프로젝트의 수량이 총 1,000개일 경우, 1~1,000까지의 Queue 번호를 받은 지갑주소에서 NFT가 민팅 됩니다. 다만, 1~1,000의 번호를접수증을 받은 지갑 중 봇 등 어뷰징 이슈로 인해 민팅이 취소되는 지갑 주소가 발생할 경우가 매우 낮은 확률로 발생할 수 있어, 1,001~1,030번의 예비 번호가 발급되며, 해당 번호에 민팅 기회가 돌아가게 될 수도 있습니다. 하지만 이 확률은 매우 희박한 점 사전 고지 드립니다.
8. 대기 순서에 따라 순차적으로 Mint가 진행되며, Mint 결과는 “My NFT” 에서 보실 수 있습니다.
9. 민팅이 종료 될 경우 Sold Out으로 버튼이 표기되며 민팅이 종료 됨을 알립니다. 민팅이 솔드 아웃으로 인해 조기 종료된 경우 솔드 아웃 시점 10분 후부터 환불이 진행될 예정입니다.
🧾환불 프로세스🧾
1. 사전 입금에 대한 환불은 정해진 시간까지 이용자가 환불을 진행하지 않을 시 자동으로 순차 진행됩니다. 만약 이 시간보다 이르게 환불을 희망하실 경우 민팅 페이지에 “Refund” 버튼이 환불 가능한 횟수와 함께 활성화 되며, 버튼을 눌러 즉시 전액 일괄 환불을 받을 수 있습니다.
2. “Refund” 버튼을 누른 후, MetaMask 지갑에서 거래 내용과 거래가 정상적으로 진행 되었는지 확인합니다. 금액과 가스비를 확인하고 “Confirm”을 눌러 진행합니다.
3. 환불이 완료되면 “Refund Information”이라는 창이 나타나며, 환불이 완료되면 BORA 포탈 내 알림을 통해 안내 됩니다.
4. 모든 과정이 완료되면 “ Completed”로 버튼이 표기됩니다. 환불까지 모두 완료가 된 상태입니다.
