The Blockchain Digital Content Platform BORA launched BORA ISLAND service in the summer of 2019 and is working on building real use cases and large-scale ecosystem under the vision of “Connecting blockchain with your life.”
We have set up our business goal with three goals and eight action plans in the first half of 2020 for the success of the project based on the trial and error, operational know-how and community suggestions experienced during the launch process in 2019. BORA team is running the business based on the roadmap for the first half of 2020 and we would like to share the details for our community.

BORA is ready to secure users through high-quality game content and to generate business outcome. And we have already started making sales through channeling services, ‘with BORA’ since January 2020.
1. GAME ‘with BORA’ Channeling Service
Launched DRAGON RAJA2 and Giants: Awakened Heroes in January 2020 already, and ready for the global launch in the first quarter of 2020 with another game called Hunters League.
‘with BORA’, the channeling service will be expanding its target to domestic and global market through collaboration with major game developers.
2. GAME ‘for BORA’ Global Blockchain Service
Acquiring ‘for BORA’ line-up and scheduling to launch global crypto-game service which BORA’s blockchain technology is applied (global)
Preparing to release more than 10 ‘for BORA’ services as of the first half of 2020 (starting from 1Q)
Lineup (as of February 2020): Rebirth R (MMORPG/Mobile), Seven Guardians (RPG/Mobile), Flyff Legacy (MMORPG/Mobile), Hunters League (RPG/Mobile), DRAGON RAJA2 (MMORPG/Mobile), My Little Monster (Casual/Mobile), 3000th Duel (Action Adventure/PC), A Tag Knight (Action/Mobile), and Giants: Awakened Heroes (Exploration and Collection RPG/Mobile)
The token economy of BORA ecosystem will be expanded naturally since the game users will be turned out to token holders through ‘for BORA’ services and vice versa.
3. Expansion of Partner Development Company
Discussing high-quality crypto-game, ‘for BORA’ development and business collaboration with 10 mid-sized game developers such as Gala Lab, SINGTA, SKYMOONS TECHNOLOGY, CARET GAMES, Neo Popcorn, Nimble Neuron, Bulky Tree, etc. which are currently in service or scheduled

[Solution Development]
Supporting for development is essential for business expansion and success; we are preparing for service upgrades and additions to make BORA’s platform more convenient for users.
1. Update BORA Island 2.0 (Mar. 2020)
Overhauling the BORA ISLAND completely for global crypto-game services including ‘with BORA’ and ‘for BORA’
- Reorganize the website to focus on Global Game Content Service
- Main page renewal that emphasizes visual as portal for game users
- Considered user’s flow to access information pages easily for each game through the main page
- Improvement of UX of BORA and SHELL wallets for the game service
2. Launch BORA Forum
Providing easy access to and enjoy games that are served by BORA, and provides a space for users who enjoy the same game to share game information and opinions
Users do not need to look for an outside community and users will be able to trade, play games, and forum activities with the BORA ISLAND account.
BORA ISLAND will include user experience and information through services such as the user forum will promote and expand the ecosystem.
BORA user forum will be released with BORA ISLAND 2.0.
3. Update Mobile App (AOS) and Launch iOS Version
When ‘for BORA’ services are fully launched, token acquisition and use transactions will increase.
We are updating applications with improved wallet capabilities to make BORA tokens more convenient and safer. With this update, we are expecting that iOS users also can use our application.
[Collaboration with Partners for Ecosystem Expansion]
For ecosystem expansion and maintenance, and project success, collaboration with major partners that lead the industry is essential. We are discussing with various types of partners for collaboration in addition to the collaboration described below.
1. Expansion of Exchange and Mainnet Migration
In order to revitalize the BORA token ecosystem, it is necessary to establish a smooth token transaction environment in addition to its original business activities.
BORA team is negotiating with both domestic and global major exchanges for KRW pair trade. The target is the place where the three conditions are satisfied, ‘supporting KRW pair trade’, ‘where the domestic users recognize and interest in’, and ‘supporting or willing to support Klaytn mainnet’. We have narrow down the list of exchanges and some are in the process of the final listing schedule.
The migration of the mainnet to Klaytn is technically ready to run at any time. The actual migration will be made after our token is listed on the Klaytn mainnet support exchange. And when the mainnet migration is completed, the BORA token will be applied to Klaytn support wallets such as ‘Klip’.
2. A Function to Purchase the BORA Tokens with a Credit Card
As token acquisition and use transactions increase, there will be a demand to purchase tokens as a simple payment means in addition to the cryptocurrency exchange. That is, game users of ‘for BORA’ service with BORA token economy will need the feature to charge BORA token in a similar way to ‘In App Purchase (IAP)’ in the game.
BORA team is collaborating with various payment service companies such as MoonPay to enable direct purchase of BORA tokens in both contents and BORA ISLAND services with credit cards.
Some payment solutions are ahead of the final test and will be applied to BORA ISLAND and ‘for BORA’ games once the test is completed.
3. Interworking of Dapp Ranking Website
We are in process of interworking with DappRadar.com and other global Dapp ranking sites so that contents using BORA’s technology can be exposed
We will use the websites as a channel that overseas users will naturally visit the BORA platform
The BORA team has a key activity plan to secure high-quality game content and develop business with the aim of revitalizing ecosystem, growth and performance creation. To this end, we are actively discussing and working with a number of partners such as game developers, content providers, exchanges, and other blockchain and crypto-related services
