It’s Neither/Nor or Either/Or. Excellent English separates those who write well from those who merely write. Increasingly I read books where editors don’t appear to know that if you use ‘neither,’ then it is followed by ‘nor.’ And if you use ‘either,’ it is followed by ‘or.’ So, neither you nor I may wish to be affected by the virus, but either we mask up or we may get ill. Comprehendo?
