It’s easy to say but difficult to apply.
However, that’s something quite important in your daily life, at all points.
I talked a bit about it in a previous weekly shot, for something good something bad happen. And here the title takes all his sense.
You should have the “positive attitude”. You’re happy and you see the good part when something good happen to you, you should do the same for something less good. Not necessarily being happy, but try to find the good part in it.
Not a long ago I heard from someone that his phone was stollen. Obviously at the beginning, he was completely pissed off. And then it took time to think about it. And he finally seen the positivity in this situation. We’re all a bit about addicted to our phone, so it was a good way for him to make a break for from it. This also means that he could better focus on some other things that he had to do. Obviously, he probably missed some calls or notification, had to buy a new phone etc but then what ? Why stay focused on the bad part when you can try to enjoy the little good part in it ?
At the end, he even sent a message to the thief to thanks him. Few days later, he had a new phone and everything was back to normal (yeah except that he loose some money). But the finallity here is that, he could have been pissed off during days, and it could have influenced his way of work or everything. But instead of that, he choose to think positively and everything went fine.
It’s not easy everytime to do it, mainly when some really bad things happen to you, but try to at least not think about all the negative things that it can bring. Try to be possitive in all circumstances it can only be better than other ways !
