BOSagora is pleased to announce the successful completion of an external security audit of the Agora mainnet.
June 29th marks one year anniversary of Agora Execution Layer going live (GMT 3:38:30 AM). Since our mainnet first went live on January 11th, 2023 GMT 9:12:17 AM (Agora Consensus Layer) and going though upgrade to version 2.0 (August 2nd, 2023), Agora mainnet has been running without any significant problems for the last year and a half. BOSagora has always strived to provide secure infrastructure for users to leverage blockchain technology and Web3. This external security audit is in accordance with our efforts to provide users and projects the environment to securely interact with blockchain.
In a significant stride towards enhancing blockchain security, CertiK, a leading cybersecurity firm specializing in blockchain technology, which has audited more than 4,500 clients including Layer 1 blockchains such as Ethereum, BNB Chain and Polygon, has successfully completed comprehensive security audit of the Agora network. This review is the result of an eight-week period of collaboration between BOSagora and CertiK to ensure the robustness and security of our blockchain platform and we are happy to announce that there were no high-severity issues found in our codebases.
CertiK’s rigorous auditing process involved an in-depth examination of BOSagora’s blockchain protocols and overall security architecture. The audits aimed to identify and resolve potential vulnerabilities, ensuring that Agora mainnet operates seamlessly and securely. By leveraging CertiK’s advanced verification techniques and proprietary technologies, BOSagora ensured users have an even more robust and trustworthy network to interact on-chain.
The successful completion of the audit not only highlights the robustness of Agora mainnet but also demonstrates BOSagora’s dedication to transparency and user protection as user safety is our top priority.
