Boson Community Update — Events, Events and more Events!
Dear Bosonauts,
We hope you’re having a fantastic week!
We’ve had another strong month in which we’ve moved closer to releasing our fully fledged Protocol.
Among the highlights is our release of Version 0.1 of our Protocol to the Ethereum Rinkeby test network for community feedback. To support our testnet release, we also put out a peer-to-peer marketplace reference application called Leptonite, including a Game Mode demonstration so that you can experience our Protocol’s various user journeys.
We took that reference app with us to Paris last week for the Ethereum Community Conference, and it was a real hit! Rather than just giving away t-shirts, attendees had to go through the purchasing and redemption process to get one — and we had none left by Thursday afternoon 🚀

This month we began accepting applications for future Boson Protocol Ambassadors including those for Boson Ecosystem Grants. We will begin reviewing those applications and selecting the best ones soon so don’t miss your chance, apply now!
And if that was not enough — we’re ending July with a laundry list of events, not least of which is our dCommerce Meetup — Building the Future hosted in Cryptovoxels.
Our event Thursday will be held at the Dark Junction temple, which has been under-going construction to create the first-ever Boson Temple. See above for a sneak peak inside the presentation space.
A team from Boson Protocol will be present inside the temple for networking opportunities and to answer any of your questions.
Our session in Cryptovoxels is suitable for both developers and non-devs. There will be a demonstration of the user flow to show you how to get hands-on with the app, followed by a more technical explanation of the architecture, protocol and smart contracts that power Leptonite.
Cannot make it on Thursday? Not to worry. Our presentation will be simultaneously streamed on Crowdcast and be available for playback at your convenience.
