Boson Guardians — we salute you.

Every one of you is supporting the development of a new paradigm. This post outlines our first steps to support and reward you, our community.

Boson Protocol is designed to fight for the future of dCommerce and the rights of individuals and companies, their relationships, value, and data to benefit all, not to be ‘leveraged’ just for the advantages of the big guys. It is what we believe in and why we exist.

The token sale is the way we can ask the community to support that vision and help fund this change, for the greater good and bringing it to reality in terms of a fairer, more trustless, and capture-resistant decentralized Commerce ecosystem in the near future.

Launching our token holders reward program

Community support for our token sale, and the future of Boson Protocol is pivotal if we are to succeed, and therefore we wanted to find a way of thanking those that commit their trust, and economic might behind what we stand for.

This is why we have created the Boson Guardians program — a thank you to our earliest and most loyal supporters, to show that we need and appreciate their help and understand that we are here to serve the community, not ourselves.

Holding $BOSON tokens may be an investment for some, but it also drives our success and therefore we will both reward holders contributions and recognise their commitment and achievements. Based not just on how many tokens you hold, but how long you have held them we will drop token rewards, starting with a six-month minimum tenure to provide a thank you and a yield for token holders.

The first Boson Guardians privilege will be an exclusive token reward for holders — see details below to start earning towards this benefit from Monday 12.04.21 ;

Rules to participate in the Boson Guardians Token Rewards drop

Number of Tokens distributed in total: 500,000 $BOSON
Taking place from: 12.04.2021–30.09.2021
Wallets must hold a minimum of: 1000 $BOSON (Please note, tokens held on exchanges and in contracts will not be included)
Minimum holding period of: 30 days
To account for new tokens vesting, the rewards pool is allocated to participants pro-rata on a monthly basis
All Boson Foundation and locked tokens will be excluded
The rewards drop will be taking place on 01.10.2021

Unique NFTs and exclusive drops for our early supporters

However we want to recognize the contributions of all — and therefore each and every token held will also qualify for the opportunity to earn a unique and hopefully cherished NFT that we will mint just for early $BOSON token holders — to hold and share, display in the metaverse on your mantelpiece, on your hoodie or even on your arm.

Some will be more common which we can give to more people, some will be rare, awarded to the lucky few and a handful will be unique — one-off collectibles to show that you were in, and early, on the mission to change business for the better.

Earning these rewards and wearing the badges of honour awarded for your support is also just the start. As Boson Protocol is adopted and connects across the d-commerce ecosystem we aim to bring our most loyal members even more value in terms of rewards, exclusive access to drops, privileges and benefits as appropriate to the crypto-native community. With your help we can create and share further advantages both from ourselves and with the partners who use our capabilities, to truly say thank you for being on our journey.

Looking ahead

Our community is now over 30,000 strong, and together we will rebuild commerce, in an open, fair and decentralized way. This is a long term endeavour.

We hope this program will provide appropriate and valuable incentives to all token holders to help us build a better future in the dCommerce space, to help us build relationships in the d-commerce space, protect your data, unlock value for all participants, and to play a critical role in the community as agents of change and Boson Guardians.
