This Chinese New Year on February 1, we enter the Year of the Tiger. The Tiger zodiac sign is a symbol of strength and bravery. In business terms, the horoscope for the Year of the Tiger suggests those who seek out new opportunities and keep an open mind will be successful — we see this as auspicious for the future of metaverse commerce.
At Boson Protocol, we would like to wish all our users, friends, partners and community members a very happy New Year. We are marking this occasion by launching a special Year of the Tiger themed pop-up store on our plot in Decentraland in partnership with our creative friends at Polygonal Mind.

We’re also using this occasion to celebrate the upcoming partnership announcement between NiftyKey, the NFT-based loyalty rewards program powered by Boson Protocol, and DragonPass, the world’s leading digital rewards provider in the travel and lifestyle area.
We’ll be revealing more details about this exciting collaboration over the following weeks. In case you missed our earlier announcement, NiftyKey was recently selected for MasterCard’s Start Path program for its groundbreaking rewards program, which bridges the metaverse and the physical world using Boson Protocol’s redemption infrastructure.

A DragonPass membership entitles the holder to specified free and discounted airport lounge visits, along with other travel-related discounts and exclusive offers.
