Botbot.AI is poised to make a mark at the Microsoft Technology Festival 2018 in Vietnam
Singapore, September 13, 2018 — Botbot.AI continues to grow by leaps and bounds in the 3rd quarter of this year. September 14 will see the chatbot-centric start-up at the prestigious Microsoft Technology Festival in Vietnam. Over 500 customers are expected to participate and connect through interactive sessions. A full-day event, the Festival provides a platform for peer-to-peer networking amongst Microsoft representatives, Partners, and businesses, promoting the exchange of best practices for mid- to large-sized enterprises. It boasts of a content-rich agenda, solution demos, and an enviable exhibition area. The main attractions include keynote speeches by Microsoft’s APAC executives, its Vietnam leadership team, and its representatives from the US and ASEAN, followed by presentations by customers and Partners.
Botbot.AI will have a booth at the exhibition area and will be represented by Hung Ho, Head of Business Solutions (Vietnam) and Daryl Lim, Head of Sales.
Augmenting day-to-day workflows with AI
Daryl Lim, an advocate of beneficial technology, will be using his 45 minutes on the Festival stage to present the organisation’s vision of a more efficient and content world by highlighting real-life use-cases — where Microsoft products are integrated with Botbot.AI’s AI-powered chatbot solutions — citing integrations done for a multinational FMCG conglomerate, Singapore’s transportation service provider, and Singapore’s sovereign wealth fund as examples. The use-cases shared will be focused towards optimizing daily office-operations, which covers Human Resources processes, procurement workflows and more.
