Botdelive’s mission is simple, we want to make your relationship with your users as painless and delightful as possible. We didn’t start with the product that you see today. In fact, Botdelive began as an omnichannel SaaS product. Around the same time, we started an e-commerce website that sells stickers. Through our personal journey of building this e-commerce site, we had an idea to authenticate the user and send the state of order over Facebook Messenger. This sparked an idea, we pivoted, and this is the product you’ll experience today.
You can get set up with our API in a couple of minutes and you can engage with your users more naturally through a messaging app. Today we have Facebook Messenger and Telegram integrations available, however, in the near future we will be opening up to more platforms.
