Trust

If you’ve had a suspicion that trust is waning in the world, you’re right and studies are bearing that out.

Trust globally has declined significantly in Western-style democracies. Currently, 1 in 2 countries have lost faith in the system¹.

More than hunches or suspicions though, we’ll share research showing clear delineations between practices that build trust and those that erode it.

Read on to learn what the crucial practices affecting trust are and the shared opportunities for both businesses and consumers.

In today’s hyper-connected world, the impact of trust gets amplified. Both negative and positive opinions shared by consumers can affect purchase rates and price tolerance of consumers.
