When the Botsheets team researched more than 100 “Custom GPT” chatbot solutions, we discovered that not one of them focused on lead generation. Early market movers building wrappers with the Open AI API helped business create a knowledge base to automate customer support, but at Botsheets, we immediately saw value in using ChatGPT to not only generate responses to questions, but questions to collect responses.

We made creating thse types of 2-way conversational chatbots extremely easy. You just tell AI what data to collect and it will decide what questions to ask, when to ask them, and how to ask them to the collect data you want. The obvious use-case is lead generation, but it’s useful for feedback collection, even recruiting.

How a Botsheets Chatbot Works

At the core of a Botsheets automated conversational experience is the notion that a chatbot should not just passively wait for users to ask questions and answer them, but can be actively engaging a user by asking questions. You can train AI to generate questions simply by telling AI what data you want to collect and by providing a short description.

This simple process alone is all you need to launch a chatbot, but you can also add documents to train AI to answer questions, and so your chatbot will not only be responsive, but will work to extract data from messages it receives and minimizing the number of questions it needs to ask. Within 5 minutes, you can launch a chatbot with Botsheets.

AI will decide what questions to ask, when to ask them, and how to best ask them.

AI will validate data input and rephrase questions if needed to collect acceptable input.

AI will be persistent about collecting data you indicate as required.

AI will only respond to questions with data you share and if related to its task.

AI will refocus users and work to qualify and generate leads.

AI will recap data collected, and solicit questions for continuing engagement.

AI will engage with users in hundreds of different languages.

These are the baseline features of a Botsheets chatbot. You can also access our Prompt Editor and set custom rules for your chatbot. In this example, you can see how the bot will look for specific criteria to qualify a lead.

Share Your Bot Everywhere

We’ve made it easy to share a chatbot with a direct link, and by providing code snippets you can embed drop into a website. You can include a standard chat widget and you can customize the look and feel to match your brand.

Every time a user engages with your chatbot, you’ll get an email notification and you can review transcripts so you can identify additional data points you might want to collect, and see where you need to add more knowledge and so your chatbot can answer questions.

Of course, you can also access the Google Sheet where you can analyze, collaborate with others, export, or sync your data with hundreds of other tools.

The added benefit to Botsheets is that our Google Sheets integration is bundled right in so you don’t need to pay for Zapier or other third party tool just to access and manage the data you collect.
