Recruiting Toolkit (Messenger)
The Recruiting Toolkit is for staffing and recruiting agencies to help people find a job. Includes search examples for jobs by type, location, and other criteria.
- Show jobs: Generate galleries listing your current featured job opportunities.
- Search jobs: Generate a gallery of jobs based on a keyword search.
- Advanced job search: Generate a gallery of jobs based on specific search criteria.
- Location search: Generate a gallery that ranks multiple locations by nearest distance to the user.
This toolkit includes:
- A Manychat template (along withBotsheets Action app)
- A Google Sheet template that communicates with the Manychat template
Once you have made a copy of the Google Sheet, Installed our Manychat template, and received and stored your Botsheets Key, follow this guide to configure the connection.
Share Access To The Google Sheet
Assuming you have made a copy of the Google Sheet template for this Toolkit, you’ll need make the Google Sheet shareable so that Botsheets can read your data. Click the green share button at the top right corner of Google Sheets.
Change the share settings in Google Sheets so that Anyone on the Internet can view your sheet.
Don’t worry as only those with the link can access the sheet data. Copy the link to your clipboard. You’ll give that read access to your Manychat bot.
Set up the Manychat Action app
When you install our Manychat template, it comes bundled with our Manychat Action app. This is where you’ll store your Botsheets Key and a link to your Google Sheet.
You can access the Botsheets app through Manychat Settings > Apps. Select the Botsheets app and add your Botsheets Key and shareable link to your Google Sheet
Once you have added your Botsheets Key and Google Sheet link, the connection is activated.
Manychat template
You’ll get example Instagram DM flows that communicate with the Google Sheet.
When you install the template, open the flow Preview this flow to get started, click to edit the flow and preview the flow.
Important: Make sure you preview the flow in Messenger.
The flows are commented and if you’re familiar with the Manychat Flow Builder you’ll understand the logic, but you should refer to documentation on how to use the Manychat App in our documentation here:

You’ll notice that we have two separate Actions, one for Messenger — You would see that if you installed a Messenger Toolkit, and one for Instagram DM if you installed a Toolkit for Instagram
