Eviebot: The best questions to change her mood

Eviebot is a funny bot! She is basically Cleverbot, visualized as a female avatar that will react to your questions by changing her facial expression. I had some fun with Evie, trying to say things in order to make her sad, happy, etc. I thought that showing some of those questions may be funny! Let’s start

Make Eviebot sad

This is kind of an easy way. Just take the metaphysic route and tell her that she does not exist at all. At first she may deny, but in the end, she will agree with you. Her sad face will pop up shortly after this painful realization.

Don’t feel guilty, please. She does not really exist, so she can’t have real feelings.

Make Eviebot annoyed

This is kind of funny because her annoyed face does not seem an actual facial expression. It looks more like pixels stretching out to create something new. In order to show that up, just tell her repeatedly stuff like: “Behind you!” and “Pay attention behind you!” and “Aaargh”.

She will not take you seriously, but she will get upset kind of fast.

Surprise her

This is more difficult than I first realized. It may be because Eviebot talks with a lot of users, so it’s kind of difficult to say something that truly surprises her. Or maybe it’s just an expression that is rarer than the others. Nonetheless, I’m proud to present you the simplest, sure way to do just that. Tell her you can read her mind.

This is almost always going to work. As you see from the screenshot, the surprise expression is actually quite good. After that, I also told her what she was thinking about, in my opinion: lasagne. She was not impressed. I guess a bot does not actually think about food in her free time.

The best long conversation

The best conversation I could find is a vintage (2015) video by Markplier. The start is ok but it gets really fun down the road. Here’s the video!

That’s about it from my side. Did you manage to trigger other expressions? Please let me know in the comments and I will add them to the list!
