The Bottos leadership team visited the USA R&D Headquarters of Huawei Technologies Co. Ltd in Silicon Valley on Friday, December 1st, 2017 and received a warm reception from the senior director of Engineering, Mr. Dai, and his team.
Huawei is a leading global technology company, providing networking products and telecommunication solutions. Its US subsidiary has more than 1000 employees with 600 R&D staff members based in Silicon Valley. Both teams had productive discussions of how Bottos can be leveraged to gather data to support the IoT and AI development that Huawei US is conducting in smart cities, auto IoT, and smart homes.

Bottos is entering the market at the perfect time to solve these issues. Both leaders expressed a strong desire to establish a strategic partnership for various data solutions and firmly believe this collaboration will bring great success to both organizations.
With the recent collapse of centralized data acquisition platforms in China due to the copyright infringements, Bottos is desperately needed. The awareness of data ownership is getting stronger in developing countries and the need for a platform like Bottos will only keep growing.
At the conclusion of the meeting, the leaders reached a consensus on a timeline and initiatives for collaboration and are looking forward to an executable plan in the near future.
