I cleared my 12th boards and gave some competitive exams to get into a college.

Everyone said that getting into a good college is the final goal, then everything will be settled. Our job, our career and all.

But its not true at all.

I am glad I understood it early in my college life.

Because I have seen so many students struggling even after graduating from college.

This shows that hustle is never stopped.

Even the Students of tier 1 college are hustling in their lives.

We may ask why?
Why are they struggling?
They have already got in good college right?
Now everything should be fine for them.

But we all know, that's not the case. Tier 1 college gives us an opportunity to enter high paying jobs at the beginning.

After working for 6 months, company doesn't ask our college type or our score, it only asks about our process & the value which we provide to it.

For that, its very important that we keep learning & Keep upgrading ourselves.

Learning enhances our skills, it makes us irreplaceable in the company.

Learning helps us to think broadly & consider all the factors which influence our work.

That's why they say:-

"You stop earning when you stop learning.

I agree that it takes time. But short cuts leads us to nowhere in life.

Let's consider the long but proven route for ourselves and keep upgrading ourselves.

Because someday all the learning will compound & will gives us the desired result either it be money, promotion business expansion, etc.

Patience is the key and success in a journey as an end point.
