These are the three fruits that I love to have in my breakfast. These fruits provide essential nutrients to kickstart my day.

1) AVOCADO

Avocados are now an essential part of my breakfast routine. They have rapidly established a spot on my morning meal, whether it be in the form of avocado toast, a light avocado salad, or even having them raw.

I find avocados’ versatility to be one of their best qualities. I can add them in a variety of ways to my breakfast, which makes my morning meals flavorful and fascinating. For instance, avocado toast is a simple yet fulfilling choice.

When I’m in the mood for something lighter, an avocado salad is my go-to choice. Fresh avocados paired with crisp greens, and cherry tomatoes make for a refreshing and nutritious start to the day. The rich, buttery flavor of avocados complements the other ingredients marvelously, making it a delightful breakfast option.

2) BANANA
