Biden Declares The Equal Rights Amendment Is Now Part of the Constitution of the United States
With Virginia’s ratification, Biden has set into motion the final act needed for the Constitution to finally adopt the ERA as the 28th Amendment

A bit of breaking news to cheer up your day. President Biden has declared that the Equal Rights Amendment is now officially the 28th Amendment to the U.S. Constitution.
The next move is up to the National Archivist. Will she enact his declaration? We don’t know yet.
President Biden’s full statement:
I have supported the Equal Rights Amendment for more than 50 years, and I have long been clear that no one should be discriminated against based on their sex. We, as a nation, must affirm and protect women’s full equality once and for all.
