Do you get jealous when you see people that are doing better than you? Ohhh don’t lie

Do you click on that article and head back out once you see 1k claps or 10k claps?

Yes, you do, you bad bad child.

You read without clapping because your stomach is twisting in jealousy. What do a few more claps matter when they already have so much, right? It doesn’t make a difference.

You cook up a lot of reasons to justify your bad behavior but that’s fine, whatever helps you sleep at night.

But I’m not here to judge you. A lot of us are more alike in that aspect than we would love to admit.

I bring you good news like the Jehovah’s Witnesses. Don’t close the door on my face though. Your salvation only comes if you give me 2 mins of your time.

The only reason you are jealous of those who are doing better is that You admire them so freaking much that it hurts.

It’s okay to admire people that are better than you and sometimes hate them too. You hate them only because you are a wi, no…only because they are better at what you do and you so desperately wish you have gotten to their level.

It shows you are ambitious. And you will do anything to get there( as long as it doesn’t involve foul play). That’s the good side.

Now, the bad side is that it’s not healthy for you. And it doesn’t help you grow. Being jealous of others only stops you halfway. You allow jealousy to block your view from seeing the bigger picture. Jealousy narrows your view. That article you are skipping might change your life. There is a reason it got so many likes or claps.

instead of running with your tails in between your legs, why not grab a seat and read to understand why many people clapped? At least to satisfy your curiosity, then maybe, just maybe, you realize that it’s worth it.

There was a reason you landed there in the first place. Don’t let the popularity of the article cloud your judgment.

So, whenever you see yourself being jealous about someone’s growth, ask yourself “am I a witch or an admirer? If the formal is your answer then I have no words for you. but if the latter is your answer, then dig in and see what that person is doing that you aren’t.

Have you ever been jealous of people’s progress? What did you do to stop feeling that way? I love it when you clap but telling us how you did better in the comment section would be more helpful. Don’t forget to leave 50 claps(only if you found this article helpful)
