Now that the new year is here, I thought I might want to take a look at what I could accomplish over the next twelve months.
As well, I thought it would be a good idea to put some habits in place that would assure my success. Besides writing goals and a plan of action, I thought there needed to be a mindset for success.
Since the right mindset can help me set myself up for success, I did some research to find out what that might look like. I realize that I’m not very good at getting through a challenge. I end up stopping the momentum I’ve built because I get discouraged.
However, I’ve come to realize that momentum is important because otherwise, I’ve just wasted all the time already spent working on the goal.
