Spiritual practices to break generational curses & heal yourself from traumas

At this point – most of us walking round here are generationally damaged EGOS.

We need mindful examination.

Healing.

Therapy.

A lot of us weren’t raised the way we were supposed to.

We been suffering and making others suffer by not healing from our traumas.

A lotta yall were sexually abused, used and purposefully confused because your parents passed their traumas onto you.

It’s how we got here in society.

Messed up and Messy.

But it aint hopeless.

I always suggest EGOS who are ready to heal from their traumas have a professional Healer assist them as they uncover the poison.

It can get real scary if you do it by yourself.

Professionals like myself are meant to safely guide you through the darkest part of your journey to achieve enlightenment and KNOWLEDGE OF SELF.

I gotta give a full disclaimer tho.

If you follow my directions you’ll experience a bandaid rip in your soul.

You gonna cry.

You may need to find somewhere to scream.

You will have crazy dreams.

You will have to battle dark energy.

You will have to be strong.

And real.

Lemme break it down to build the wisdom:

First thing you need to establish is a discipline in Shadow Work in order to unblock chakras (trapped energy).

This unlocks your subconscious to reveal what your EGO has tried to shield from you.

Shadow work is the internal self-examination of every component of your SELF.

Assessing what’s been programmed into you and who you truly ARE.

Its a painful process of accountability, exorcism, and forgiveness.

If you are not willing to examine yourself to extract and let go of your self-sabotaging and toxic behavioural demons — don’t start only to open yourself to let more in.

They are waiting and they are hungry to feed on a damaged EGO.

Shadow work can be practiced through spiritual tools like meditation, astral projection, journalling, herbal therapy, sound therapy, etc.

Whatever way works best for you to TAP IN and STAY IN is what you should develop as a consistent practice to do this EGO work.

These are just some of my tips to activate the damaged EGO:

Meditation:

Sometimes it’s movement and sometimes it staying absolutely still.

I encourage all my clients to walk for 30mins a day in silence.

That’s a movement meditation.

During that time you are mindful to listen and record your thoughts.

What are my triggers? What bothers me about myself and others? When is the first time I felt that trigger? What are my insecurities? When was the first time I was made to feel insecure?

It may seem negative but this isn’t about shaming and blaming.

It’s about discovery.

Taking deep breaths on the walk will help you keep your energy high when emotions get overwhelming.

It begins as a slow inhalation through your nose into the lowest part of your abdomen — the diaphragm.

Filling UP UP UP into your rib cage and lungs — through your chest and into the top of your head.

You should feel the breath pushing past your nasal cavity like a refreshing wave.

You hold the breath for 4 seconds and slowly release out through the mouth with a descending low pressure back into the lowest part of your abdomen.

Place your hand on your lower abdomen as a helpful guide if you aren’t used to breathing from the diaphram.

That is the practice. The method, however, is in the observation of THOUGHT.

Why did you feel triggered?

Are you ready to heal from these triggers?

Is this really a part of who you are — or is this something that’s been programmed into you?

Using deep breathing is key to my next instruction:

Astral projection.

Dream Land Discoveries.

Using the information you collected on your walk — ask yourself about ONE of the things you took issue with.

Lay still on your bed.

You can listen to some healing hz if that helps keep you calm.

Breathe deeply like I instructed and repeat the ONE issue that you’d like your subconscious to reveal to you.

BEFORE YOU DO THAT I strongly urge you to say a prayer of protection over your body as you enter the spiritual realm.

Keep a notepad or a voice recorder by your bed.

You’ll start dreaming things that will uncover deep seeded truths.

Record everything you can remember.

You may encounter some scary energies.

Don’t be afraid.

Move forward and be brave.

If you practice these instructions daily for a month — you’ll have a VERY good idea of why your EGO is in its state.

You’ll be able to make a real plan to heal and break free of generational curses.

With a proper Spiritual Guide — your life will change dramatically in a year.
