Believe in yourself.

It seems inspirational at once, but no one knows how to stop the demons and start believing.

Whenever I failed in life— I focused more on the noise, the distractions, and all the bad things that might happen.

One day, I stopped reacting to the noise.

And made a system to work upon me, and you won’t believe it — the demons stopped. And I was good to go.

Sometimes, the answers require deep work.

Get into the monk mode for 6 months.

Have you seen monks?

They get up early, meditate for hours, eat one meal a day, exercise a lot, and connect with their higher self. They live with the rules to take care of their mind and body.

Now, you’re might wondering — Do I have to leave home?

No, You don’t have to be a monk to conquer self-doubt. However, you can use their practices to build a strong personality. And let go of the weaker you.

How?

You need to take care of three things — mind, body, and soul.

For Mind: The mind controls our thoughts. Thoughts define our actions, and actions become our habits. So, focus on your goals, be with people people, and consume healthy content.

For Body: Your body is your vehicle. Isn’t it? So, take at least 20 minutes to burn some calories. And put the right food inside for better functioning of the body.

Soul: Everyone has a higher self. And it awakens when you meditate, pray, and be grateful for the life you’ve.

These all together help you get busy working on yourself. And your questions get answered along the journey.
