How do you manage stress when life throws you a challenge? For me, I like to avoid the situation until it gets too uncomfortable and I have to do something.
Well, that was how I used to deal with challenges. Lately, I’ve come to realize that confronting a challenge head-on is the best way to deal with it. Is it uncomfortable? Yes, it is.
But, since the issue won’t go away on its own, I know I have to deal with it. For one thing, dealing with a challenge helps reduce the stress in the long run. It also makes the pain shorter.
