We all would have been in a situation in which the person we love the most would choose someone else, or the person we love the most would cheat on us, or sometimes, they won’t have any feelings for us anymore. At times like this, we might feel like our entire world is doomed and there is nothing for us to do in our lives.

So, if you are struggling with heartbreak or someone you know is struggling, then this is for you. I am gonna write five simple steps which we should follow to come out of our thoughts and lead a happy life after a heartbreak.

1. Erase everything that reminds you of them

This is something important and difficult at the same time. But the reality is so harsh. If you are having a heartbreak, and you are trying to come out of that, don’t think twice. Just go on and get rid of everything that reminds you of them.

It might be a gift, a dress, a watch, or a photo you took together. Just get rid of them and throw them away to a place from where you can’t recover them again. Trust me that’ll help a lot in the process of not thinking about that person.

2. Keep yourself busy and occupied

Keeping ourselves busy and occupied with work is the most effective way to stop thinking about that person. While doing something with maximum concentration and dedication, we can actually stop thinking about something or a certain person.

3. Start socializing with someone.

This is the time in which you wanna be alone or spend some time alone. I get it and I’ve been there in the same stage. But, socializing with your friends or colleagues will refresh your mind. It’ll give you a new path to focus on or it’ll relax your mind and help you get back to yourself.

4. Come to reality

It’s time for you to realise that, what you call heartbreak, is not actually heartbreak. Because our heart has nothing to do with this. In fact it is more related to our brain and some fucking chemicals dancing inside according to the shit happening in your life. Realise that your heart is safe within you and it’s time for you to wake up and come to reality.
