Hey Everyone! I hope you’re all having a wonderful weekend with your friends, family, pets, acquaintances, potential one-night stands, whatever. It’s Saturday and I’m having a wonderful weekend getting some writing done, and having a little wine before Carl’s Jr. Libby is begging for her cut, of course.
This is my good friend Justin Akkerman! Justin is one of my best buddies here in town, we’ve been friends on Facebook since around 2014 or 2015, and in real life for a number of years now. Justin is good people.
He’s an awesome local real estate agent and even does carpet cleaning part-time, both the things I was doing prior to writing. In fact, I still am doing both things, but they’re both pretty limited. Justin and I team up whenever a carpet job comes up for either of us. We have fun hanging out and working hard.
He’s heard a lot about my Medium journey over the past nine months. He started getting curious about it himself. Justin writes Facebook posts about relationships, and what it’s like dating in your early 30s.
