Iron Skillet Fresh-Made Steak Sauce
A quick and easy recipe for the best steak sauce ever
This is an easy to make recipe for fresh-made steak sauce. You’ll need an iron skillet for this recipe — I just adore my iron skillet! I made this recipe last night for Hamid and myself. Hamid, who has worked in restaurant and food retail for 35 years, says it’s the best steak sauce he’s ever had.
Of course, steak may well become financially out of reach for us very soon. For now, Hamid — who works in a grocery store — is able to buy the occasional pound of quality steak on clearance plus his employee discount. It’s a huge savings for us at the moment; He usually gets it for around half the original price. And, a single pound of steak is enough for the two of us with sides.
