I’ve never been particularly good at denying myself when it comes to something I want. This is probably why I haven’t been very successful with losing weight. It’s easy to give in to temptations.

What about you? How good are you at saying no to yourself because it’s something you like? How do you feel when you give into temptation and end up being unsuccessful at some goal you want to achieve?

We all need to tell ourselves no numerous times a day. Whether we’re tempted to procrastinate, spend money, squander time, consume something unhealthy, or take an unnecessary risk, learning to say no is critical.

Taking control of yourself can go a long way toward creating a fulfilling life!
