New Texas Poll by Hispanic Policy Group. Beto Down 7.

And Millennials are split about down the middle, GenZ is 60–30 ish and Beto is still losing among whites.

The only demographics that are fully supporting Beto are Blacks and GenZ, Hispanics are a little over 50%.

This is a very well-designed poll too.

“The distribution of the likely voters surveyed based on their ethnic/racial self-
identification is 57% white/Anglo, 27% Hispanic/Latino, 12% Black/African
American and 4% with a mixed or other ethnic/racial identity. The gender
distribution of the population is 55% women and 45% men. In regard to generations,40% of the population belongs to the combined Silent Generation (born between 1928 and 1945) and Baby Boomers (1946–1964) cohort, 26% to Generation X (1965- 1980), 26% to the Millennial (1981–1996) generation and 8% to Generation Z (1997-2004). The partisan identification of this population is 43% Republican, 41% Democrat, 14% Independent and 2% Unsure.”

So yeah, about that whole thing of women flipping because of the abortion stuff. Still not seeing it in the polls.

Women: Abbott 46% Beto 48% Unsure 4%
Men: Abbott 57% Beto 39% Unsure 2

Is it possible that somehow these incredibly consistent polls will be totally wrong and tons of first-time voters and youth will show up and trounce the white voters? Sure. Am I going to hold my breath that it happens? No.

Not looking good for Beto unless a lot of whites choose not to vote.

Oh and apparently they love the guy who runs from a process server and then states that the reason he did so was that he felt “threatened”. Hmmm, wonder if that was because he knew the guy was serving him papers or because he was Hispanic.
