I was highly focused for two months.
- Getting up at 4:00 am
- Writing for 2 hours
- Gym for an hour
- Prayer
- Spending time with loved ones
It was all new to me. I didn’t work that hard in the past.
However, there came a point where I failed to manage the dominating thoughts. I started doubting myself and quit.
I distracted myself — I didn’t do shit. I was being a victim and wasting my life.
I realized life is supposed to be this way: Instead of changing my path, it’s time to change my strategy.

Because you’re spending time doing nothing but mental masturbation.
So, for that, you need to do the thing you love and start building a life out of it. It could be anything — writing, singing, drawing, working out, a side hustle, etc.

- You can manage the stress
- And you become mentally tough
