A lot of Republicans have been replaced by “Invasion of the Body Snatchers” pod creatures
How can a woman who used to be fairly normal (served in the military with distinction), halfway kind of mildly occasionally decent (once advocated for victims of sexual assault), and semi-intelligent (well, sort of) fall off the rails like this? Senator Joni Ernst, Republican from Iowa, seemingly overnight has turned into a graveyard prowling, sadistic internet troll, telling people that “we’re all gonna die” is a good reason to cut Medicaid.
How did it happen? The answer is obvious. The GOP has been overrun by pod creatures! The movie Invasion of the Body Snatchers turns out to be a documentary!
