The Bro Breakup Between Elon Musk And Donald Trump
It was entirely expected, but still as explosive as though it weren’t
It’s over, you all. Donald Trump and Elon Musk fell out of love and favor with one another. Liberals knew it was inevitable, two narcissistic people cannot stay true to one another for very long. And these two were not the exception, the way the MAGA cult hoped they would be.
On paper, this was always an imperfect pairing. Musk, the CEO of an electric car company and Trump not knowing that windmills don’t cause cancer. But there was something beautiful about their friendship.
Maybe it was the way that most people knew that Musk was really calling the shots behind the scenes.
When Musk joined Trump’s campaign, it wasn’t so much odd as it was, mind-numbing. He declared himself Dark MAGA, which didn’t make any sense. MAGA is always dark, they’re fueled by hate and ignorance that blinds them from seeing what’s good for them.
Case in point, they cheered for the bromance.
It didn’t take 20/20 vision to see that these two wouldn’t last as allies. Each of them is driven by ego and who has the bigger… bank account. With the latter, Musk wins by $382 billion.
