The Five Habits for Living Your Best Life
Including these five small habits in your everyday routine will help you live the life you deserve
Looking at my habits — the positive ones as well as the negative ones felt vital now that we are in a new year.
I wanted to find out if my habits helped me to live the life of my dreams or if they were working against me.
There are some habits I should review. Usually, in the morning, I have a ritual with my coffee. I even balance my checkbook, which is really an Excel file, and check my email and Facebook to find friends with a birthday so I may give them best wishes.
I have appointments some days and not much on my to-do list other days, which is both a benefit and a drawback of retired life.
I created a daily schedule as I have a few goals this year, including improving my physical condition and spending more time writing, which is a new interest of mine. Later in the year, I will let you know how it turns out.
