I admire Socrates and appreciate his humility. Here’s a brief story about him(of what I know of him):

Socrates never presented himself as an authority in any field. According to sources, he claimed to know nothing and believed that writing a book would be pretentious. He was a humble and modest man who recognized his imperfections.

What puzzles me most about Socrates is that despite his wisdom, intelligence, and curiosity, he did not write any books. Instead, he shared his knowledge and ideas through oral tradition, engaging in dialogues with his students. His teachings were later recorded by his students, Plato and Xenophon.

This made me realize that everyone is a writer in their own way. You don't have to write books or articles to be a writer. You can share your stories and ideas through various mediums, just like Socrates did. Being a writer is not just about writing consistently, but about using your knowledge to make a positive impact on others' lives.

Socrates' way of living a virtuous life, encouraging critical thinking, and passing down his knowledge through oral tradition is a valuable lesson for us all. The greatest writers are those who live by what they write, and their words inspire others to make a change.

I hope this inspires you to share your own stories and ideas, just like Socrates did.
