The Solution to a Dwindling Birth Rate is… Less Education?

That’s what the Heritage Foundation says

Ah, yes. That sin of education is holding women back from becoming the young, obedient, baby-making vessels they should be. Instead of building their brains, they should be cooking meals in the kitchen, incubating fetuses, and going to church.

A new article published in Newsweek seems to praise this ideology. All hail the Patriarchy! Women, take your subordinate places.

The framework for the pending administration is Project 2025, regardless of what the president-elect has said about it and how many times he’s denied his involvement in this plan. However, many of its writers from the Heritage Foundation are appointees to the new cabinet, and a main concern for Project 2025 is the fabricated crisis of lower birth rates in the U.S.

Birth rates are currently around 1.6 percent, lower than the prescribed 2.1 percent deemed necessary to replace the current population. But why does this matter? Why do we have this seemingly new obsession with the pro-natalist movement?
