The Trump Assassination Attempt Was an Inside Job

Oh, irony, you fickle queen. It’s so delicious when you introduce people to the consequences of their actions.
Because they can never stop whining, t-rump supporters are of course upset that their golden idol was shot at recently. They’re screaming that it was an inside job, either by Secret Service or by Joe Biden himself.
Heh.
The reality is that Pennsylvania, where a self-described conservative man took shots at the Insurrectionist, is an open-carry state.
Secret Service did what they could. They were allowed to secure a limited perimeter around t-rump, but just beyond that, they had no jurisdiction to do anything about someone openly carrying a gun.
Why? Because that’s the law of the land in Pennsylvania, as it is in my home state of Kansas and a shocking 41 states now. The very law t-rump supporters, and conservatives in general, voted for. It’s what they wanted and it’s what they got.
Even after Pennsylvania, the Secret Service couldn’t really do much more when the Republican National Convention started, either, because, surprise, surprise, Wisconsin is also an open carry state:
