The United States of America is not a country unified by justice. Some people may think this is a new occurrence but the only thing new about it is our awareness of it. America is a land of injustice and laws are applied unequally. This happens for many different reasons both intentional and unintentional. Racism is an intentional reason.

American Injustice

Politics is now intertwined with a person's race like never before. Racism used to be a fringe ideal for a political party. Now one political party has embraced thinly veiled racism and sometimes just outright racism as part of its platform.

The police have always been a tool of the racist machine. The enforcement arm of oppression. This isn’t new but it was somehow forgotten by many rural whites. Throughout the 80s and 90s, my generation was slowly brainwashed to trust the police.

When I say my generation I am only referring to rural whites as the oppressed community couldn’t be brainwashed. You can’t feed someone shit and convince them it's a brownie.
