If you have a problem, there are a number of solutions out there. We’re in the digital era — you can find 100s of ways to fix a problem within seconds. You just need to find the damn courage to face your fears and insecurities.
There is no other alternative.
Take a Paper, Sit Down & Find Solutions
When was the last time you sat down to fix any problem?
It’s been ages, right? So, how would you expect great things without putting in the work? You have to write down things that scare you, things that make you nervous, things that you don’t want to talk about.
You have to dig deep and find the solutions to overcome your fears.
Take a piece of paper, sit in the quiet room, and write a title — How to overcome xyz? For example, how to overcome laziness?
Then you start brainstorming:
- Create urgency for work
- Have a purpose behind living
- Accepting I am a piece of shit
Then, you evaluate and choose the best alternatives.
Now comes the hard part — Commitment. Have your whys at your fingertips at times of self-doubt to keep pushing.
Keep reminding yourself every day that this is the mission I’m working on. There is no returning back.
