Overthinking is holding you back to make a hard call that’s gonna change your life.

It makes you weak and you feel no control over yourself. You control by the dominating thoughts and external circumstances.

Your confidence gets shattered, you lose hope and you start waiting for time to pass. This thinking makes you vulnerable and you get paralyzed mentally.

You can’t able to think straight. To think straight you need to learn the basics of life. You can’t deal with any situation if you don’t know the cause of the pain.

You need to master the art of living.

If you start living you’ll see the change in your behavior and you start feeling control over your life.

In this blog, you will learn why you should stop overthinking and start living.

#1. You Become Aware of Life

I used to overexaggerate things which causes me trouble later. I left with nothing but negativity and regrets.

I’ve lost a lot of opportunities in the last year where I could’ve made that hard call to change my life but I didn’t because I was struggling to think straight.

It hinders my growth and I became a daydreamer.

However, this year in February I made a commitment that I’m going to change my life. I started living intentionally, I started writing and working on myself.

Within the first week of February, I started getting results. I learned life is not about dreaming it’s about exploring and living to your full potential.

I’ve learned life is not going to be easy every time you face difficulties and you should be prepared for any difficulty.

When you stop overthinking you learn that life is about working, exploring, and getting better every single day.

#2. You Take Responsibility for your life

What happens when you stop overthinking?

You take charge of life, you stop making excuses, and you start living intentionally. Overall, you become the driver of your life.

When you overthink you become a victim, you feel the world is working against you, and you become paralyzed and start living like a zombie.

Stop giving attention to your limited beliefs and start living your life. See what you can do to control your life and see where you are lacking.

Take responsibility for your life, and stop expecting any reward without putting in the work.

#3. You Embrace Pain and Suffering

You get into the discomfort zone and face your deepest fears. You go out and face the world with your head high.

You get knocked down but you’ve seen enough you get up and start again. You become obsessed with growth.

Most people keep thinking and this thinking cost them their mental peace and confidence. When you keep overexaggerating things you lost the battle from dominating thoughts and you end up crying and complaining about life.

Stop being a baby and step out of your comfy bed and face your fears.

#4. You Feel Satisfaction by Putting The Work

You feel peace when you get up and get the sh*t done, you start to feel confident when you embrace adversity.

You can’t buy satisfaction it comes from within. Everyone wants peace, and it comes when you put in the work every single day.

But if you spend your whole day in bed watching Netflix you are more likely to lose confidence, you start feeling depressed.

Life is all about working.

If there is no work there is no growth and when there is no growth you lose confidence and you end up being in your comfy bed.

Get up and see what you can do that makes you feel satisfied at the end of the day.

#Final Thoughts

Life is full of unpredictable things.

If you keep thinking about your current sad and sob stories, how will you be able to deal with upcoming terrifying challenges?

You are better than you think, the problem you are facing today is not a roadblock it’s an opportunity to grow mentally.

Stop giving attention to negative thoughts and let your warrior mind comes into play. The more you spend your time on useless thoughts you are gonna end up as a useless person.

So, it’s important to be aware of your thought process and focus on the right thoughts.
