How to Use the Box Integration with ImageTrust

Here are the steps to use the Box integration with ImageTrust:

• First step is to Add ImageTrust to one’s Box account for that Login to Box Account
• Go to Box App Center by clicking Apps on the Left Menu or go to https://app.box.com/app-center

• Search for ImageTrust and Add ImageTrust (Image Access) to Box Account.

• Click Add to accept the Permissions Required

Confirm Permissions and Close

• Once successfully added. Refresh Browser window to see that integration is successfully added to Box account.
• If there are errors, then most likely Box administrator has disabled addition of third-party applications. Reach to administrator or contact Box support.

Once ImageTrust is successfully integrated with Box, one can redact sensitive information from PDFs by following these steps:

• ImageTrust will show up under Integrations Sub Menu. Click … next to PDF document to be redacted  Click Integrations Sub-menu, one should see “Scan with Box + ImageTrust”

• Click on “Scan with Box + ImageTrust” menu item. This will launch ImageTrust and open PDF in a separate window

• Click the View tab to View PDF page that needs to be redacted. Click Redaction Mode toolbar icon

• Draw a rectangle around text to be Redacted. (Optional) Right click and select Redaction Reason and specify reason for redacting content. Click Redaction toolbar icon again to Apply Redaction

• Content will be redacted from ImageTrust View

• Click Save to Save file back to Box

• Redacted file is saved back to Box as a new version
