For single users running a business alone, we have decided to release our Lite Plan for free.

The new plan is to be updated on September 7th, 09:00(Korean Standard Time, UTC+9).

Pricing Changes

For all users that have been using the Lite Plan, subscriptions will be canceled on September 7th and use the plan for free. (For users who have made a yearly payment, the remaining subscription will be transferred as a credit, which can be used when upgrading to a paid subscription.)

For Lite Plan users, it is recommended to cancel your subscription to avoid any payment before the Lite Plan is released for free. Despite the inconvenience, we ask our users to cancel the subscription from the ‘BoxHero PC > Settings’ in advance.

Moreover, the original Pro Plan and Business Plan will be integrated as a ‘Business Plan’.

All users can take advantage of their original payment until you cancel your plan for the payment settings.

Q&A

Q. I’m expected to pay for my current Lite Plan before September 7th. What do I do?

A. To prevent any payment, we highly advise you to cancel your subscription. Please go to ‘BoxHero PC > Settings > Payment > ‘Cancel Plan’ to cancel the payment.

Q. I’ve been using the Lite Plan as a yearly payment. Will the remaining subscription be refunded?

A. The remaining subscription will be transferred as a credit that you can use for paid subscriptions.

Q. I’m currently using the original Pro Plan with more than 2,000 products and 10 members. Do I have to pay for an extra option?

A. All teams can use their original subscription continuously. However, please be reminded that users will be charged for the new Business Plan if you are starting your subscription again after canceling the plan.
