BoxHero Location Mode Beta Opened!

If you manage your inventory by locations, we are here for you. Try the new BoxHero Location Mode! Even if you are using BoxHero already, create a new team in Location Mode, because until August 31st, it’s completely free!

Location Mode beta is available for free until August, 31st, 2020.
During the beta, Location Mode will only be available on the BoxHero web. After the official launch, Location Mode will be available both on BoxHero web and app.

How to Start Location Mode(Beta)

Please create a team in ‘Location Mode’.

2. From the ‘Data Center > Location’, please add your locations.

You can also check, edit, delete the list of your locations from this page.

3. When registering a product, please choose the location that the item is currently in.

4. When making a Stock In/Out/Move, you must designate a location first.

5. You can check the transaction with the location from History.

You can check the location from the upper-right corner.

Q&A

What happens if I try to make a payment during the beta?

Because the beta is provided for free, no payment transaction will be made even if you add a credit card information. However, if you add your payment information

How will the Pricing Plan be calculated after the official release?

Unlike the Basic or Multi Mode’s calculating method, Location Mode will be calculated by Products * Locations = Quotas. During the beta, you can use up to 5,000 quotas and after the official release, every 1,000 quotas will be charged of $10. (Detailed pricing plan will soon be available.)

For example, if you have 100 products with 10 locations,
100 X 10 = 1000, so your quota will be 1,000.

Please note:

During the beta, some of the features or display may be modified.
Up to 5,000 quotas are provided during the beta.
The official release is planned to be September 1st, 2020. However, this date may be changed due to the development schedule.
