Purchase & Sales Feature Improvements

📢 We improved usability by combining the product of purchase & sales with the item.
On March 10, 2022, at 14:00(KST), we will be updating the feature improvements, so please check the below announcement.

1)Item and Product Combination
Before : Item / Product
After : Product / Bundle
2) Category for Price and Cost
You can manage price, cost, and other categories in the Product Details

1. Item and Product Combination
You don’t need to add products for the Purchase & Sales menu anymore.
Instead, you can use registered items directly for the Purchase & Sales menu.

Product List of the Purchase & Sales menu will be changed to Bundle.
If you need to manage products as bundles, please register bundles in the Bundle menu.

🙋‍♂️ Q. Will the registered products be deleted?

A. No, registered products will not be deleted and you can use them as they are.
When creating purchase and/or sales orders, both the registered products and items will be shown.
(Will be marked as Bundle and Product)

You can delete single products and use the Purchase & Sales menu with Item(Will be marked as Product).
However, if the products are deleted, the sales analysis calculated based on the deleted products will disappear as well.

2. Category for Price and Cost
Price and Cost will be added to the product details, along with the barcode and product name.
If you don’t manage price and cost, you don’t have to insert the fields.
But, if you are managing price and cost now, please check the below.

1) If you have price and cost in Item Category
You don’t have to transfer the price and cost to new fields.
However, if you transfer them to the new fields, you can set a currency symbol and upcoming related improvements will be applied automatically in the future.
2) If you have price and cost in Product
It will be automatically transferred to the new fields.
However, if you have multiple products of the same item, you need to transfer them manually.

‍🙋‍ Q. I wish to transfer price and cost to the new fields!
A. You can transfer them via Excel.

🙋‍♀️ Q. How can I set a currency symbol?
A. Payment & Settings > General > Team Info > Edit > Select a Currency Symbol
